Allison Rerucha, Features Editor
Junior Allison Rerucha is a Features Editor for the DGS Blueprint. Rerucha is a member of the fillies varsity dance team and also dances at her studio, Expression Dance Center, on the team Legacies United. Additionally, she also holds roles in various clubs and activities at DGS, including ACE, Orchesis dance club, PE leadership, Student Council and is on the honor roll. She was also given a leadership award during the 2024-25 dance team season.
Rerucha has taken an interest in writing and creativity for most of her life, her past two years in English have sparked an interest in journalism. She immediately fell in love with the class and the flow of the classroom. While she has always enjoyed English classes, this class allowed her to explore a whole new branch and style of writing and creativity.
In her free time, Rerucha loves to hang out with her friends, go shopping, dance and bake. She has a passion for writing as well as science, and helping other people around her. In her future, she hopes to study health science as well as continue with her love for writing.
