Salman Rajper, Sports Editor
Senior Salman Rajper is a Sports Editor for DGS Blueprint, taking both Journalistic Expression and Advanced Journalistic Writing. Salman’s journey began when, one day on a random Friday morning, he walked into room A310. At the time, he had no idea where his journey would take him.
In under 2 months of frequent visits to room A310, both of his published articles snuck onto trending stories, grabbing a high number of views. In school, Rajper is involved in Model UN, Politics Club, Muslim Student Association, Asian Student Union and also the Blueprint Club.
Out of school, he coaches basketball for DBLP basketball and interns for a Physical Therapy clinic. His plans after high school are to become a Physical Therapist, just like the many others in his family. He is excited to see where journalism takes him in his 2025 to 2026 school year.
