Gwendolynne Royle, Editor-in-Chief
Senior Gwendolynne Royle is an Editor-in-Chief in her second year on the Blueprint staff. When she is not writing in journalism, she is a speech competitor, a singer in the DGS Choirs and the Vice President and head of the makeup crew in the Masque and Gavel club. She is also in the National Honors Society, an honor roll student, a member of the International Thespian Society and the National Speech and Debate Association.
Royle has spent a lot of her life in local community theaters. She is currently an assistant dance teacher at the Wheaton Drama kindergarten through fifth grade summer camp as well as a member of the marketing committee. Royle hopes to receive a BA in Acting and Theatre in college.
Royle loves movies and can often be found watching them. She has a passion for creative arts and their place in pop culture and politics. She loves journalism because it is an outlet for her to be able to inform the public and continue to educate people.
