Q: What activities are you involved in at DGS?
A: I am involved in Color Guard, Winter Guard, Key Club, Spanish Club and Paws.
Q: How have those activities impacted your high school experience?
A: These activities have helped to improve my high school experience because they help [me] to have better time management skills and make so many new friends.
Q: What is your favorite class and why?
A: My favorite class so far this year has been probably been gym because most of my friends are in it and I don’t have to sit in a desk.
Q: What has been your favorite part of freshman year so far?
A: My favorite part of Freshman year so far has been meeting a ton of new people and creating new friendships.
Q: Do you have any advice for next year’s freshman class?
A: A piece of advice that I would give the incoming Freshman would be to make sure you think of time management. Don’t sign up for more than you can handle and make sure you get all of your homework done.
Q: What are you looking forward to as the year goes on?
A: As the year goes on I am looking forward to winter clubs and sports, going to basketball games and becoming closer to my friends.
