Taylor Neal, Copy Editor
Senior Taylor Neal is a Copy Editor for the Blueprint. This is her first year on the staff. Neal has been on the DGS girls soccer team since she began high school. Neal is also a member of Blue Crew, Snowball and Yearbook club as well as an honor roll student.
During her sophomore year, Neal took Journalistic Expression, which sparked her interest and passion for journalism. She took immediate interest in writing sports articles. During her sophomore year, Neal got two of her sports articles posted to the Blueprint. Neal is excited to learn and explore her interests in journalism, as well as improving her writing abilities in different genres.
Outside of her two part time jobs and sports writing, Neal loves thrifting as she finds it is a good way to help the environment as well as help people in need. She also has a newfound passion for traveling and exploring new places. Neal wishes to major in journalism in college and possibly minor in interior design.
