On Saturday April 29, former DGS student Liam Moehlenkamp (16) passed away. He will be remembered by his family, friends and loved ones.

Moehlenkamp is survived by his parents and two siblings. He was a Boy Scout and played soccer with the Roadrunners Soccer Club.

Visitation took place at Modell Funeral Home in Darien, IL on May 3. Services took place on May 4 at Modell Funeral Home with mass at St. Scholastica Church in Woodridge, IL.

Close friends remember Liam for the kindness and generosity that he showed to others each day. Friend and senior John Fallon shared his memory of Liam.

“Liam was a really genuine person. He was easy going and always doing what he could so he could get a few laughs out of anybody he thought looked sad,” Fallon said.
