From pain to power: Slowikowski’s story inspires students during Red Ribbon week

Mrs. Benoist introduces our Red Ribbon week speaker, Eddie Slowikowski, as she explains the importance of being ATOD free in and outside of school.

Fall Snowball Directors, Sarah Barber (left) and Colin Vorreyer (right), set the stage for our speaker by giving slight insight into the topics he’ll be discussing.

Eddie Slowikowski begins his presentation by taking us back in time to his college days of running a four minute mile.

Slowikowski engages the crowd by asking everyone to clap along to the beat of a popular hit, ‘Uptown Funk’.
