Upcoming events this week:

Monday, May 29: Memorial Day, which honors fallen members of the military who courageously defended the U.S.A., is a national holiday, meaning that there is no school on this day.

Tuesday, May 30: Barring inclement weather, the annual Mustang Way celebration will be held outside during lunch periods. Enjoy a break from class by eating your lunch outside and playing games organized by the school to celebrate another year of being respectful, responsible and engaged.

Additionally, Jazz in the Park will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Fishel Park in Downers Grove. DGS bands will be performing at this yearly event.

Wednesday, May 31: The final band concert of the year will be held at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. Admission is free with your student ID.

Thursday, June 1: The Wind Ensemble and A Capella Choir Concert will be held at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. Stop by to show your support for the DGS music program.

Friday, June 2: Enjoy the final Friday of the school year!
