Melo Medina, Video Editor

Junior Melo Medina is a first-year Video Editor for the DGS Blueprint. Along with being in Blueprint, Medina is a member of the DGS stage crew club and Latino Student Union. They are also a part of the Changemakers organization and the AVID program.

Medina’s interest in editing developed when they were younger and expanded during their sophomore year when taking TV 1. They are also interested in filmmaking. After high school, they plan to attend college and study psychology.

In addition, Medina is described as a leader by their teachers. They have gone to leadership conferences and USHLI (United States Hispanic Leadership institute).
