Bayer will be attending Baylor university in the fall of 2025.
Gavenson “G money” Bayer is a part of the DGS Mustangs basketball team as an assistant coach and a leader of the BASE club in his senior year. After graduating from DGS, Bayer expects to miss his friends.
“I’m going to miss all my friends that I’ve made over the years in high school. [I’ll miss] how they have pushed me, how they changed me and made me who I am today,” Bayer said.
Bayer is excited to graduate, but will always keep DGS close to heart.
“The most memorable moment for me was when my friend and I started the Christian club at the school called the BASE, and we had the opportunity to go out in the courtyard and pray for the school and community,” Bayer said.
