Sophomore Emily Gnatenco is similar to many DGS students, in the sense she can often be found listening to music. Whenever the passing period begins she pops in her headphones and listens to her favorite tunes. She was eager to share some of her favorite music.

Q: What is the last song you listened to?
A: Lost by Frank Ocean, I’ve been listening to a lot of music by him lately.

Q: Who would you say is your artist?
A: Steve Lacy I have just been really connecting with his music lately, I’ll just vibe to [his music] whenever.

Q: What one artist would you say is overrated?
A: I don’t want to get hate for it but I would say, Taylor Swift, her music just really isn’t my vibe, I don’t really get the hype.

Q: One artist you would say is underrated?
A: Frank Ocean, his music is so incredible and I know he has some popular songs but his music is really good and he deserves more appreciation.
