Freshman Friday: Robert Del Cotto
Q: How has high school been so far?
A: “Pretty good, it’s been challenging, but I’ve been overcoming all those challenges. I like my teachers, my coach and the environment.”
Q: What are you involved in?
A: “Cross Country and ACE club.”
Q: How does high school compare to what you thought it would be?
A: “I originally thought high school was going to be more homework focused. While it is, there is a lot of stuff that goes on in the classroom, too. I also thought high school was about independence, they were just gonna leave you on your own, to develop your independence, but they do help you a lot when you ask for it.”
Q: What are your plans for Halloween?
A: “Probably go to a party or two, dress up, trick-or-treat a little bit.”
Q: What classes are you looking forward to taking at DGS?
A: “I’m looking forward to taking higher versions of [computer-aided design]. I [also want to] take anatomy.”
Q: What are your plans for after high school?
A: “College. I’m going to see if I can do physical therapy as a major.”
