Upcoming weekly events:

Monday, Sept. 18:  9:20 a.m. arrival, the bell schedule can be found in the DGS student handbook. Homecoming tickets go on sale in the bookstore for $20; the price will increase to $25 starting Monday, Sept. 25.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 19:  Principal Ed Schwartz will host a Parent Advisory Board meeting in the DGS library from 6:30-8 p.m. Jostens will be available during lunch periods to take orders and payments for graduation cap and gowns. The varsity boys’ soccer team takes on Leyden in the stadium at 6:30 p.m..

 

Wednesday, Sept. 20: The varsity girls’ golf team will take on Willowbrook at Twin Lakes Golf Course at 4 p.m..

 

Thursday, Sept. 21: The DGS Freshmen Play, “Stranger Freshmen,” will be performed in the Little Theater—admission is free for all. The varsity boys’ soccer team takes on conference rival Morton in the stadium at 6:30 p.m.

 

Friday, Sept. 22: The varsity boys’ football team travels to Addison Trail to take on the Blazers at 7:30 p.m. The team will look to come home with a conference victory.
