For each semester, you have four PE excused absences. This means that those four do not need to be made-up. Once you have exceeded those four excused absences, you must make up any days you have missed.

If you are in the swim unit, PE makeups must be done in the pool. Otherwise, you must get a makeup slip from your teacher. Depending on the availability of the PE teachers, you may come in before, after, or during your lunch period to make up.

Make-ups in the weight-room consist of 30 minutes on the elliptical, treadmill or a bike. Make-ups in the pool might depend on your teacher.

Always double-check with your teacher what they’re make-up policy is, and what they would prefer you to do.
