A: The last game I played, I think my score was 130.

Q: When was the first time you ever went bowling?

A: [That] was when I was probably about 8 years old, when I was still visiting my grandmother rather frequently. I was really bad, I was still using bumpers.

Q: When was the last time you bowled a strike?

A: Last month, I went with my mom to practice. And the first ball [was a strike].

Q: What was the first injury you have gotten from bowling?

A: I managed to jam my thumb in the hole of my bowling ball, and so bowling for the next couple of days was a bit of a pain. I managed that by death gripping the ball, which is holding it too tight, and it pulled my thumb.

Q: What were you thinking about the last time you played a game?

A: I was thinking, ‘OK well, how can I be a good sport’ because there are sometimes it is difficult… if you have someone who you’re playing against who doesn’t know how to be respectful about things.
