Q: Are you involved in any activities at DGS?

A: [I’m involved in] marching band and German club.

Q: Is high school what you expected it to be like?

A: I thought it would be much more stressful and scary, but it is more laid back than I thought it would be.

Q: Who is your favorite teacher and why?

A: Mr. Haywood because he inspires us. He really likes making connections with us, and he’s interested in our lives.

Q: What are you looking forward to most in the next year?

A: By the end of the year, I’m looking forward to how much I’ve grown in marching band, academically and mentally.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

A: I’m not quite sure. I haven’t decided what I want to do with my future. I just hope it will be something I love and enjoy.
