Monday, Oct. 30: There will be a 9:20 a.m. late arrival. Girls’ basketball tryouts will take place in the large gym after school from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. Players must have an updated physical and register on the school website in order to tryout; contact coach Lyndsie Long with questions.

Tuesday, Oct. 31: The annual Halloween costume contest sponsored by Peer Leaders will take place. Voting will be held in the cafeteria. Girls’ basketball tryouts will continue after school in the large gym from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 1: Math team will host a competition in the DGS cafeteria from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. Contact coaches Andrew Kaim, Christopher Klaeren, Beth Larson, Kara Painter or Edward Malczewski with questions.

Thursday, Nov. 2: Boys’ basketball will hold an open gym for any prospective or existing players before school from 6:00 to 7:30 a.m. Contact coach Kris Olsen with questions.

Friday, Nov. 3: The fall play, ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’, will take place in the DGS auditorium from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. DGS students with an ID will be admitted for free. Tickets are ten dollars for adults and five dollars for non-DGS students and senior citizens.
