Bieber fever returns with new album “Purpose”

Justin Bieber’s new album will have you feeling like a 10-year-old girl with posters of your favorite pop star taped all over your bedroom walls.  The new album, “Purpose” was released on Nov. 13 and is currently at the top of the charts. The album  contains eighteen songs and features Skrillex, Big Sean, Nas, Halsey and Travis Scott. Bieber even co-wrote with Ed Sheeran.

Bieber released “Where Are U Now?” “What Do You Mean?” and “Sorry” before the rest of the album and they were too good to be true.  With these three songs surpassing all of my expectations for Bieber, I expected his album to be good…but not this good.

The album seems to be his explanation of what he went through the past few years, now focusing purely on bettering himself.

Purpose has an R&B flare mixed with an Ed Sheeran like sound and dance-inducing beats in the background for a cool vibe.  The album is organic, fresh and completely unexpected.

No matter what you thought about Justin Bieber, you need to move on from his troubled past and listen to this album.  He’s come a long way from his misbehaving, narcissistic, teenage self.  You don’t want to miss out on this, trust me.

Though many of his songs are upbeat and make you want to dance, his heartfelt lyrics in combination with a gentle guitar and piano that flows in the background  will having obsessed with his sexy, soft side as well.

The album is causing our temperatures to rise — the Bieber fever has returned.
